Divided Supreme Court ruled that the state of Florida's court- ordered manual recount of vote ballots because the election was "unconstitutional." -
Secretary Harris
Florida circuit court ruled that while Secretary Harris respect the deadline. She announced that she would enertain late returns only if their tardiness was justified by each county writing by the after noon of november 15th. -
Against the Secretary
Gore and Palm Beach Count filed for an inerjection against secretary Harris to prevent her from certifying the election until the three countries could finish their recount. -
Florida Count
the three countries sent an explanation for the delay. The Secretary rejected their explanations and annocuned that the final Florida vote count would be annouced. -
Recounts
Secetary must allow the countries until the 26th to finish their recounts. -
Gore gets angry
Gore sued the Secretary allegating that the certfied results were illegatimate. -
Resolution
Bush Vs Gore was decided and there was no time left to recount votes consistent to the court's ruling.
