    2nd - embarrassed Justices sent case back down from floridia Supreme Court to lower court.

  • Flordia Supreme Court

    ordered a state wide recount of ballots

  • Florida supreme court - U.S surpreme court

    put in a order to recount, the US supreme court delayed it by one day until enforcing the Florida supreme court order.

  • 3rd and final intervention

    5-4 vote to put to the stop of the recount that floridia wanted
