    Dry- no mold yet Normal- no mold yet Wet- One 5 cm wide and 3 cm long patch of mold that is 1/2 cm away from the bottom crust. Another small patch of mold is 1/2 cm long and 1/2 cm wide. The mold was green.
  • Day 3

    Wet- The larger mold and smaller mold grew together to form an even larger patch of mold that is 5 1/2 cm long and touching the crust, the mold soaked to the other side making a 1/2 cm patch of mold. The mold was green. Normal - No changes Dry - No changes
  • Day 4

    Dry - no changes Normal - no changes Wet - The larger mold is 7 cm in length and 4 cm in width and the smaller mold on the other side has the same dimensions. The mold was green.
  • Day 5

    Normal - part of the bread got harder Dry - No changes Wet - More mold soaked to the other side. The side that first got mold now is covered in 8 cm by 5 cm of mold. The mold was green.
  • Day 6

    Wet - Only change is that there is now a yellow streak that is 5 cm long, this yellow streak also went through to the opposite side. Normal - No changes Dry - No change
