On April 10, 1897 ground was broke for Bradley Hall. Bradley Hall would be the only academic building for a couple of years.

Constance Hall opens on October 1, 1930 which later becomes one of the homes for the music program.

Home of the music program, Dingeldine opens its doors in the Fall of 1983.

Not only was the structure expanded, but Olin Hall recieves a greenhouse on the top floor.

After relocating the Sigma Chi Fraternity to Fredonia, the University constructed a multi-million dollar recreation center. Construction was completed and the doors opened in Spring of 2007.

Westlake Hall (originally named Horology Hall) begins its $22 million renovation which would make it six times its original size. The building was dedicated in the Fall of 2012.

With the expansion of the dining area and kitchen, Geisert Cafeteria opens back up to the student body in Fall of 2011.

With a new photography department head, Heuser Art Center begins an internal makeover, complete with new and repaired equipment.

Although the construction was completed before Fall of 2010, Renaissance Collesium is dedicated on October 15, 2012. The Collesium replaced the Fieldhouse.
