  • The Mitten

    The Mitten
My mom liked reading these books to me. Unfortunately, they remind me of Minnesota weather.
  • Dick and Jane

    Dick and Jane
This is one of the first books I've read. (Ahem, was forced to read.) I learned to read from these types of books.
  • Second Dick and Jane

    Second Dick and Jane
This is one of the other Dick and Jane books I learned to read from.
  • Opposites

This is one of my first favorite books. I just liked the weird comparisons for some odd reason.
  • Angelina Ballerina

    Angelina Ballerina
When I was a toddler I was obsessed with these books. I guess dancing mice were just fun to small children.
  • My Dog Rosie

    My Dog Rosie
This was my favorite book from when I was a kid. It's about dogs and grandchildren. I made my dad read this to me every night. (It's more interesting than it sounds.)
  • Trouble With Trolls

    Trouble With Trolls
I kept on reading Jan Brett books before I started reading chapter books.

    Diary Of A Wimpy Kid
Everyone read these books... (No mattter how horrible a plot they have.)
  • The Series Of Unfortunate Events

    The Series Of Unfortunate Events
Another one of my elementary orphan books... Don't judge.
  • The Secret Garden

    The Secret Garden
My great aunt gave me this book as a birthday present, and it took me a while to read, but once I did I really enjoyed it.
  • The Little Princess

After reading "The Secret Garden" I read this book and liked it even more than the first.
  • The Lightning Thief

I read most of the series... Until I realized that the plots repeat.
  • Bud Not Buddy

For some odd reason, when I was in elementary school I enjoyed reading orphan books. This is one I read in 5th grade.
  • The Wednesday Wars

    The Wednesday Wars
THIS BOOK IS SUCH A GOOD READ!!!!! I love how they read Shakespeare and include it in their daily work when they are 7th (???? can't remember) grade boys.
  • The Lovely Bones

    The Lovely Bones
This book is a great historical fiction/ murder mystery/ justice book. I read it a few years ago, perhaps when I was a little to young to understand what it was about. Despite my age, I still enjoyed it.
  • Okay For Now

    Okay For Now
I read this book after figuring out it was the sequel to one of my favorite books "The Wednesday War".
  • The Thief Lord

    The Thief Lord
This is probably one of my favorite fantasy books. (Especially because I really like Italy.)
  • Moon Over Manifest

    Moon Over Manifest
This is one of my favorite historical fictions books during the Great Depression.
  • The Book Thief

This is one of my favorite books of all time!!! The way it's written and the narrative... It's just too good.
