Privacy/Data Protection Project This law states that laws that cable companies must give a written notice specifying what information they will know about the suscriber. It guarentees the full conscent of the suscriber siging it. I give this law a B because as smart of a law it is, it isn;t too effective.

CDT privacy laws Extend governmant restrictions on wiretaps. The Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) entitles federal agencies
to subpoena emails older than 180 days. I give this law an A because it protects the privacy of Americans. -
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act This law makes sure kids ask for thier parents conscernt to go on certain websites. It states that websties cannot try to track the formation of a child children under 13. I give this Law a B because even though a law like this should exist even though it is not very efective.

Wireless Communications and Public Safety Act The act required the setup of enhanced 911 and regulated that 911 serve as the emergency number. This was a response to the 9/11 incident. I give this law an B because it is helpful in the saftey of disasters, but it wasn't till something tragic occured.

EMPLOYER ACCESS TO SOCIAL MEDIA USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS This law allows for managers looking to hire people to look on possible candidates social networks. This was made in response to the boost in social media. I give this law a B- because it doesn't effect society much less improve us.
