Enrolled at UA as an engineering major before changing majors my sophomore year to accounting. -
Served as a peer mentor for the Religious Studies Department at The University of Alabama where I tutored students on world religions. -
Got married to my now husband, Michael Kernan, at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. -
Interned with Rodl & Partner at their Birmingham, AL, office. During this internship, I primarily worked in audit. -
Became Assistant Manager at The European Wax Center and also worked as the interim Center Manager and am training the current manager. -
Interned with Rodl & Partner again at their Birmingham, AL, office. During this internship, I mostly worked on tax due to the tax deadlines being pushed back as a result of COVID-19. -
