Mark Iuppenlatz is ordered to appear under oath on Jan. 4th to testify. Questions: Why did AV Water have a negative cash balance during Thanksgiving week? Since June, has AV Water ever failed to bill customers? Fred Whistle, the general manager of AV Water, told commissioners the company had received insurance proceeds for repairing and replacing the Harvest Gold water tank. The commission will ask Iuppenlatz how the proceeds were used and why the tank was not replaced or repaired.

Harvest Gold residents woke up this morning to NO WATER. AV attorney previously tells Daily Times that Harvest Gold is Orphaned. Customers have been instructed on their bills to call 911 in water emergencies. Customers post on Facebook asking for help, which results in a message to AV attorney. AV attorney states Harvest Gold is not abandoned and someone is on their way to work on the water situation.
