    Democritus was philosopher who was born on 370 BC and died in 460 BC. His Atomic Theory is based on atoms that are in the atmosphere. He come up with the idea that air was air and no matter what it couldn’t be separated. He also came up with the name Atom.

    Enrico Fermi was born in rome on September 29 1901. He became a professor of Physics at the university of Rome in 1927.Fermi’s acheivements were in both theoretical and experimental physics. He received a noble prize in 1938 for his discovery of radioactive elements produced by neutron irradiation and for the discovery of nuclear reactions. Fermi moved to the university of Chicago to be charge of the making of the atomic bomb.
