    Score a 300 on the Army Physical Fitness Test

    I plan to score a 300 on the APFT by running 2 miles in 15 minutes, doing 42 push ups in 2 minutes, and doing 78 sit ups in 2 minutes. This will be accomplished by doing Insanity, running every day, drinking water instead of soda, eating healthy, and stretching frequently. This will be done by May 15, 2013.

    First Step
    Do 25 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, run a 16:10. Start drinking at least 60 ounces of water every day.
  • Step 2

    Step 2
    Do 30 push ups, 60 sit ups, and run a 15:55 two miles. Stop eating processed food.
  • Step 3

    Step 3
    Do 35 pushups, 65 sit ups, and run a 15:45 two miles. Start doing Insanity on top of regular work outs.
  • Fourth Step

    Fourth Step
    Do 40 push ups, 70 sit ups, and run a 15:40 two miles. Double the amount of Army PT i do everyday.
  • Final Step

    Final Step
    Go to drill and max my PT test by doing 42 push ups, 78 sit ups, and running a 15:30 two miles.
