    King John of England created a Peace Treaty in June 15, 1215. The Magna Carta had an influence of the American Governent to make peace and protection for church rights, imprisonments, and acess to swift justice. This is used to gage what right we need.

    Sr. Edward Coke wrote the document that has certain rights that the king is prohibited from doing, this can protect civil liberties.

    This document is similar to the Magna Carta and the Petition of Right. The English Bill of Rights limited the power of the English sovereign, and was written as an Act of Parliment. King and Queen of Orange excepted the Bill of Rights as a condition of their rule.
