Along with this deal, he waived the Framework's requirement that North Korea allow inspectors to ensure it has not hidden away any weapons-grade plutonium from the original reactors. President Bush argued that the decision was "vital to the national security interests of the United States". However, later the administration said that North Korea was developing a uranium enrichment program for nuclear weapons purposes.

    After the First Gulf War there was a UN mandate, this mandate was called the United Nations Security Council Resolution 687. This mandate said that all Iraq long range missiles, nuclear, biological and chemical weapons were destroyed.Bush accused Iraq of starting to develop weapons of mass destruction and to ensure UN weapons inspectors were allowed full access to Iraq weapons, something they had not fully had. Iraq countered this by saying there were no weapons of mass destruction.

ISIS has a force of about 10,000 fighters throughout Syria and Iraq. They are equipped with rocket launchers and machine guns. They have threatened the US and even tried recruting from the US through social media, such as Facebook and Instagram. They promise young females freedom and praise but theyll oly be raped.
