On February 14 seven members of Morans operation were gunned down in the garage and 70 rounds of ammunition was fired. When police arrived they found one gang member, Frank, barely alive.     Capone violeted his probation laws. Capone said he couldn't make it why? He said been laid up with pneumonia for six weeks and was in no shape to travel.     Capone was sent to the Alanta U.S. Penitentiary. Opon arrival he weighed 250 Pounds. There he was diagnosed with syphilis and gonorrhea. He was also suffering from a cocaine addiction.
