    Godfrey signed agreement open when he picked up the prototype

    This happened during the span of time between November 2011 and January 2012

  • Mailed the original to Godfrey

  • Scanned the open document to save it

    This is the document found on B&C drive

  • Made multiple copies of the open document from the original, Chris signed them all.

    He made 2 or 3 copies. This is where the difference in date appearance occured.

  • Began having problems getting Godfrey to return the prototype.

  • Made copies of the printed agreement to send with March 10th letter

    This is the March 10th 2012 letter.

  • Used one of the copies from the March 10th letter to send out with May letter.

    This is the May 6th 2012 letter

  • Used another copy of the agreement from the May 10th batch and mailed to Godfrey

    This time Chris scanned the agreement and letter. This was the August 23rd 2012 letter.

  • Final letter sent using additional copies made at this time. Copies were filed.

    Most like the cut off occurred between August 2012 and October 2013
