    Pennsylvania passed this act, which required women to give informed consent before abortion performance. There had to be a 24 waiting period, which women will be provided information about abortions. For minors, there had to be a parent consent, except in emergencies and wives had to tell their husbands. Finally, all Pennsylvania abortion clinics had to report themselves to the state.
