    October 29, 1982, The Chamberlain case goes to the jury.  The jury finds a heavily preagnant Lindy Chamberlain guilty of murder and Michael guilty of being an accessory. Lindy Chamberlain is sentenced to life imprisonment and Michael recieves an eighteen month suspended sentence.
