    Time: 11:00 in the morning. Valerie Hamilton was last seen with a man at Thomas Street Tavern.

    The first warrent. There is a warrent out for Hamiltons apartment at 7824 Arboretum Drive, Apt. 206 in Charlotte. Police seized from Hamilton's apartment bedding, clothing, laptop computer, cigarette butts, credit cards, ID, scrunchie, napkins, camera, receipts, baggies, stun gun, cards pouch, white powder, straws and paperwork.

    The third warrent. The third warrant was issued on September 18th for a mini-storage unit located at 4500 Monroe Road in Charlotte

    The third warrent. The second warrant is for Harveys apartment. Harvey lived with several roommates at 401 East 15th Street in Charlotte. Police went to the home on September 18 and Harvey was not there.

    Valerie Hamiltons body was found at the Mini-Storage Canter at 4500 Monroe Road. Detectives have signed warrents for Murder and Auto Thieft. Police are searching for a white chevy blazer. The licence plate number is ZXE-1756.

    The stolen white chevy blazer,(tag:ZEX-1756) was found in Niagara Falls, New York.

    Michael Neal was arrested! He was found in Niagara Falls, New York. The CMPD would like to thank all law enforcement partners including: the FBI, U.S. Marshals, Secret Service and the DEA for their assistance with this case. The Chevy blazer is still missing.

    Many witnesses said that Ms. Hamilton was in the presence of the suspect. Homicide Detectives found evidence of drug use. Detectives believe that the suspect moved Ms. Hamilton in an effort to hide her death.

    CMPD has recieved the results from the medical examiners concerning the death of Valerie Hamilton. The results show that there was no signs of traditional trauma to the body.

    The Homicide Unit began conducting the investigation. The victim left Thomas Street Tavern with a white male that they believe the suspect is. There is no video proof from that location. It was believed that Ms. Hamilton left with the suspect voluntarily.
