    Brokers will receive a webinar evite inviting them to attend one of 3 webinars that will be run during the week of July 19th to 24th. These webinars will focus on what the broker needs to know to operate the Enterprise version on day 1 as well as outline what additional opportunities Enterprise presents for them.

    Brokers will receive a reminder email that Insurance on Demand will go live on that weekend. This email will include notification of the service outage they can expect during the implementation.

    Enterprise will go live when the URL's are redirected to the Enterprise version. This will result in an outage of 1 - 3 hours depending on how fast the changes are applied.
