    After conducting the investigation it was concluded that the problem was the solder mask is deformed due to application process at supplier Shirai

  • Corrective actions

    The supplier was asked to:
    - Improve the chemical (developer) application method by turning with the component side downwards.
    And in Siix they training and reinforcement of microscope, AOI inspection and non-conforming material handling.
