  • Install Office for Power Users for testing and feedback

  • Office 2010 release

  • Receive test machines

    Make sure Outlook and TIMSs plug-in are installed

  • Round 1 testing begins

    Round 1 testing until August 2nd

  • Finalize decision on Office upgrade

    2007 or 2010?

  • Install Office 2007/2010 in training rooms

    Email Senior Leaders to promote employees to test out Office 2007 or 2010 (whichever we decide) at their own leisure.

  • Send out surveys to testers (MO & OO)

  • Overview Training

    Create and finalize 1-hr Office training (Lisa S.) -- either for 2007 or 2010

  • Finalize decision to move forward with 2007 or 2010

    Dale and Jim to finalize decision and chose 2007 or 2010.

  • Round 2 testing - Install Office 2007/2010

    1-2 people in each department

  • 1st batch of roll out (Dale's departments)

    eMedia can have Office installed simultaneously with Round 2 testing

  • Begin discussion on Windows 7
