Three planes were high-jacked. One was flown into the Twin Towers, one was flown into the Pentagon, and lastly one was flown into a open feild. Terrorists took over 3 planes, the one that was supposed to be flown into the white house was saved by the passangers on the plane. They risked their lives for other people.
