    Stephen was very poor growing up, his Mom had to work multiple jobs. And when he and Tabitha married he struggled to pay the bills, until Carrie was bought. When he and Tabitha werfirst married they could rarerly even pay for a phone.

    Stephen was born in Portland, Maine, on September 21 1947. His father deserted his family hortly after he was born. Stephen had one brother named David.

    He had his book The Glass Floor published proffesionally. But he only got $ 35.00 for the rights of the book. But it led to great succes. He was glad about getting the money but he said he wished he'd gotten more. The book now is very valuable and extremely hard to find.

    She was born on March 24, 1949. She is an American author activist.She is married to Stephen King, She amrried him on January 2, 1971. They had 3 kids and two of them are now authors. She made eight books and helped Stephen with a few.

    Roberto Clemente was the first Latin American to be introduced into the baseball hall of fame. he was born on Agaust 18, 1934 and died on December 31, 1972. He was a Purto Rican major leauge baseball right fielder. He played his whole carrer with the Pittsburg Pirates. He played in the all star game 15 times. Off the field he was trying to bring baseball and goods to needy countrys. He died in an aviation accident trying to bring food to people that were just in an earthquake.

    His book Carrie was published and he got his first big break and got $400,000. And in 1976 Stephen got even more when the book Carrie was made into a movie. He said he was so not used to having that kind of money, the first thing he did was run and buy his wife a hair dryer.

His daughter exspecialy helped him with the book Firestarter where he said he took the way his daughter walked and talked and poured it into his character. He also had a good relationship with his sons because he coached their little leauge baseball team and they won the championship.

    On June 19, 1999 Stephen was hit by a car. he had a collapsed left lung and multiple fractures, He had five operations. They own three homes, but their main one is in Bangor Maine. He has three children and grandchildren. He has still written since the car accident, but he now writes slower and less. But as of now he is still very much alive.
