    This is the preliminary Site Surveys. They will occur back-to-back and will cover all the key towns / locations. Contacts will be astablished and related fact finding.

  • Title I - 30% Design

    30% design is a major marker in the schedule. This is making the assumption that all design criteria has been established and documented.
