  • Cupola rose from Western American Explorers Club.

    At 1:29 in the morning, the cupola rose from the Western American Explorers Club and landed on and Indian Reserve. Page 24.
  • Kept garbage.

    Professer Sherman kept his garbage for three days. It got so bad on the fourth day that he threw it over board and his balloon emdiately ascended. Day four of journey. Pages 49 and 50.

    After noon. Day five of his journey, page 51. Professer Sherman sighted a small japanese fishing boat.

    On day six of Professor Shermans journey, it was very calm and uneventful. Page 52.

    A seagull poked a hole.
    While Professer Sherman was flying over the Pacific Ocean at a great speed, a seagull poked a hole in his balloon. He had fallen on Krakatoa and slept for 4 of 5 hours. That night he drempt that he was back on "The Globe." When he woke up in the morning, his suit was replaced wiht a fresh one. Pages 52, 61, 77, 78 and 55.

    A little over and hour after the islands violence, Mr. M filled the balloon platform. While they were on the balloon platform, they passed Java, Indian Ocean, dense jungle then small villages, India, Persia,Turkey, Hungary,Austria, Belgium and Germany. They also flew over the Dardanelles which was too narrow to land in, andthey missed the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea and the Mediterrean Sea, Scottland and sighted the English Channel. Untill Professer Sherman crashed into the Atlantic. Page 161.
  • Sleepless night.

    On the balloon platform, the Krakatoans spent sleepless night on top of the volcanoe. Page 165
