They surrounded his troops which forced him to surrender.

They didn’t have enough power to enforce new laws, could not get any money and couldn't regulate trade. Which lead to a weak government and economy.

    The bill of rights are the first 10 Amendments in the Constitution. They guarantees civil rights and liberties to the citizens like freedom of religion, press, speech, petition, and assembly. It sets rules for the people.
