  • Create List of Non Profits to reach out to.

    List will be organized by region. We should concentrate our efforts locally to gain momentum and create buzz.
  • Develop Process Flow Chart to incorporate specific tactics

    This should be pretty strait forward but should include who we spoke with-what our next steps should be-additional contacts-meeting time for demo-ect.
  • Work with Ben to develop technical messaging

    What kind of account information will the non profits need to share with us if any at all. How safe is this process? Are there any matrix/data out there that we can communicate to the non profits to develop trust quickly
  • Find 2 non profits for alpha test

  • Build a no budget tutorial that explains what M1P brings in less then two minutes
