    A fire destoyed the Roselle Casino clubhouse.

    At a special meeting a resolution was made that merged the affairs of the old Casino with those of the new golf club and a committee of 6 was appointed to accomplish the incorporation and prepare a constitution and by-laws. (THE PLANING BOARD)

    By this time six greens had been completed including seeding all of the plowing was also finished.

    J.L Warner wrote his first report as president of the first annual meeting of the Roselle Golf Club.

    By this time the fairways and greens were being compared favorably with other clubs in the area.

    By this time membership certificates were issued to provide cash to continue operations and throughout the depression many members volunteered their services to make necessary repairs.

    tBy this time three tennis courts were built and were maintained for awhile.

    By this time plans were started for the installatio nof a swimming pool complex on the site o fthe old tennis courts.

    By this time the creation of the pool, a new locker room, installation of a sprinkler system on the golf course and numerous capital improvements of the property, including a spacious pavillon for the storage of greens equipment was complete.

    A vicious snowstorm damaged the old clubhouse to the extent that it was replaced with a modern 2400 square foot addition featurign a large dining room, offices, kitchen, and a grill room.

    A new computerized sprinkler system was installed.

    Ron Korn is the head professional at Cear Hill Country Club who was named in 2005 as the outstanding golf teacher of the year by the NJ PGA.

    Vincent Harmon is still the Golf Professional after 37 years.
