In June 1897, the Masonic bodies moved to a new hall which was being constructed by Bro. Richard Tibbals at 103 Grand Avenue, about two city blocks from the King Building. The building was called the Tibbals Building and the Masonic lodge rooms located in the building "Wadsworth Hall.%u201D Lodge records indicate that committee meetings were held in the lodge parlor rooms at 103 Grand Avenue.
