    WebOps team was alerted to significant performance degradation of NZ site, including performance spikes, large memory consumption, and overall slow page response
  • Performance Optimization Squad Formed

    Team consist of Avanade resource (Blake, Shuang), IM (Shiryee, Cory), MS Premier Support (2 PSS engineers)
  • Basket Loading Defect Fix Deployed

    Avanade team detected a performance issue with how we load user baskets that caused performance degradation. This defect has been in place since R1 and fix was applied by Shuang and rolled out.
  • Site Optimizations Deployed

    We deployed a number of site optimizations including Lazy Image Loading, Product Menu Queries. This yielded about 30% perf. improvements across all site pages.
  • Memory Leak HotFix Deployed

    A update that includes fixes to the memory leak issues caused by the Search Page and Sorting was deployed. MS PSS helped with memory dumps
