Last lesson we began finishing off the last assignment based on Project Management by making evaluations about which was the best methodology that companies should use for their projects based on the methods characteristics and how they benefit an individual/organization. -

Today we did various exercises relating to the second assignment and focused on specific areas such as what creative tools the project management team could utilize when developing the poster such as the 6 thinking hats.
