    Began on September 19th, 1931, when Manchuria was invaded by the Kwantung Army of the Empire of Japan immediately following the Mukden Incident. The Japanese established a puppet state, called Manchukuo, and their occupation lasted until the end of World War II.

  • Pearl Harbor

    On December 7, 1941, Japanese planes attacked the United States Naval Base at Peearl Harbor, Hawaii Territory, killing more than 2,300 Americans. The U.S.S. Arizona was completely destroyed and the U.S.S. Oklahoma capsized. This eventually drove us in World War II.

    The Normandy landings were the landing operations of the Allied invasion of Normandy, in Operation Overlord, during World War II. Happened on Tuesday, June 6th, 1944(D-Day). Landings were conducted in two phases: an airborne assault landing of 24,000 British, American, Canadian and Free French airborne troops and an amphibious landing. This drove us into World War II.

    After advancing island by island acorss the Pacific Ocean, U.S. General Douglas MacArthur wades ashore onto the Phillippine island of Leyte, fulfilling his promise to return to the area he was forced to flee in 1942. After Pearl Harbor was bombed, Japan launched its invasion of the Phillippines.

    Hitler commits suicide
    Adolf Hitler commited suicide by gunshot on April 30, 1945, in his Fuhrerbunker in Berlin. His wife Eva, commited suicide with him by ingesting cyanide. Germany's military situation was on the verge of total collapse.
