overtime trench warfare was constantly changing new guns were begginning to be used such as machine guns and cannons and nova gas which would kill the enemies slowfuly and painfully. also flamethrowers that shot up to 20 feet were used -
Life in the trenches
The trenches were a bad place to be living life. soilders were living with their own feeses diseases, and the trenches were infested with rats and often the soilders would get foot diseases and theyre feet would be swolen or worse -
Ending of the war
the war finally ended after the US were able to push through german defenses.
