Hiroshima bombed by the Americans. This bomb killed over 70,000 people in just one minute of ground contact. One of the worst cases of weapons in war ever. The amount of devastation caused, and the amount of pain in the Japanese hearts, was too much to measure.

Nagasaki gets bombed by the Americans, killing over 40,000 people in one minute of ground contact. This was less devastating that Hiroshima, but just as heartbreaking and horrible.
