I was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The language that my family talked was Spanish so that's what I learned.

Move to San Juan, Puerto Rico. I go to a private school and beginning to learn English.

I enrolled in Fort Buchanan Summer camp, where they only spoke English, so I had to practice more and learn along the way.

My brother and uncles moved to Virginia, where my other uncles and cousins lived. This move helped me to practice even more my English. We often visited and my cousins only spoke English, and my brother was quickly acquired the language. So i began to comunicate even better with them.

I graduated and decided to take some courses in conversational English at the University of Sacred Heart.

I started working in the Department of Education as an English teacher for kindergarten and special education students.

Moved to a new school and while this was happening with the practice I improved my written skills.

With this new project I hope to learn much more, since I'm not fully prepared to help my students.
