    WAAC was formed during World War I. They performed 4 different jobs which were, cookery, mechanical, clerical and misc. jobs.

    American Naval Forces defeat the Japanese Navy at the Battle Of Midway
    Before this battle the Japanese had been taking over land throughout Asia and the Pacific. America found out that the Japanese were going to attack Midway. Knowing their plan gave us the upperhand to be prepared and fight back. Which in the end allowed us to win the battle.

    Operation Torch, the Allied invasionof North Africa begins
    Operation Torch was the first time British and Americans had both worked on an invasion plan together. When they finished in North Africa the plan was to invade Italy.
