    The Japanaese were desperate for resources now as they live on a bare rock island. Their first attack was the Marco polo bridge, a fight between Chinese and Japanese soldiers. This served as an excuse to lauch a full scale invasion of China. These savages began stealing goods, food, resources , gasoline, etc. At the time the Chinese government was unavailable due to the nationalist and the communist fighting for control.

The Japanese felt so superior to the chinese ,because they took control of China in three months. 20,000 female from ages 70-3 were sent off wherever to be sexually abused and gang raped. Pregnant women were not safe, they were also sexually abused and babies cut out. Soldiers forced families to rape eaach other from dad to daughter , son- mother and brother-sister.

It became a very powerful tatic in world war 2. Due to the overhelming of heavy duty firepower. The germans used this in wars between France, USSR, Netherlands and Belgium. many were inspired by the power of the word and action of blitzkrieg.

    Pearl Harbor was a surprise attack on the American naval base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The Japanese were fet up with the Americans who were depriving them of many things. Putting an embargo on Japan, no imagration rights and being racist. 2,400 Americans were killed and 1,400 were wounded. Battleships, destoryers, ships, airplanes etc were destoryed in mass quantites. This was a big shock to Amerians as we prepared for war with the Axis powers.

Their plan was to compleetely extint any jewish descents. The excused used to exterminate was that the jewish population took up living space for the german people.

    This battle was the most courgeous, spirited and honorable battle ever. The Germans came to Soviet Union to come conquer it due to the side change of Allies. Stalin told his soliders to defend Stalingrad with all cost neccessary.They were determined to keep Germans out of Russia.About 150,000 German soliders died, and 2 million Russians died. Had to be the bloodiest battle along with machuria.

    The ghettos were where the jewish people were ent to live for alittle time until sent to work or death. A small rebellion group called the jewish combat organization led meetings to overthrow the German control in the ghetto. However, they tried foolishly to get themselves caught in the center of German territory. They only killed 12 soliders until germans brought heavy duty and killed 7,000 jewish people.

    Operation Gomorrah was the bomb raid led by the british airforce. After all the devasting times germans bombed great britian, britian finally got their revenge. About 2,300 tons of explosives fell on Hamburg, Germany as 1500 civilians died, in one night. The british developed a radar jamming device called ' windows'. Then british disgusted ther bombs in aluminum foil to reflect any pick up by radar. Eventually, the germans detected airplanes and bombs.

    D-Day is also known as the Normandy invasion on the coast of France. Approximatly 160,000 allied troops landed on the beaches within 3 hour. General Dwight Eisenhower was in head control of candians,british, french and americans. Many other races participated as we fought for a foot of european land. 9,000 soliders died/wounded however the accoplishment was amazing then. All countries were waiting to be liberated by the soliders. Hitlers power was slowly degrading and wearing down.

    This day Aushwitz the largest concentation camp of jewish were liberated by the Americans. Horrified by the scene what they found as the Germans retreated away.Thousand of women, men and childern clothes along with belongings. The germans tried to cover their disgusting evidence as they burned bodies and camps down.

    The name Operation Thunderclap was a code name for a plan to bomb eastern Europe. Importantly, Allies wanted to destory building, factores, stores and transportation. They wanted to destory the income and outcoe of german raw materials. At this time the germans began losing more and more power. Their troops savaged for any protection in towns as their troops lowered down heavily. German military began to lose their blitzkrieg as raids rarely happend by Germans.

    This tiny island had an huge impact on Japan and America. Japanese had set up a airfields for any preparations for battle. Americans wanted this island for the airfields for emergancies and air base. The Japanese were led by lieutenant general Kuribayashi and led 22,000 men on this 4*2.5 mile island. The marines had alot of casualties but covered half of the island at end of day. Mst of the Japanese did a kamazie move and killed themselves then surrendered.

    The battle of Okinawa was the last was to be fought in the pacific islands. Also, claims to be the biggest battle on a actual land with the Japanese. The Japanese were desperate to hang on for dear life as half of troops were killed the first day. Kamikazes began commiting suicide as they crashed into a destroyer or battleship. Also, many civilians began to found themselves in the middle of battle as 100,000 were killed. I think the Japanese did more of it because they were peasants.

Russians had to forcefully imprision 2 million German soliders as 13,00 POW were released. Celebration was all over the world.

Two atomic bombs were droped on Nagasaki and Hirmoshima. Instantly, 80,000 were killed then 20,000 at hirmoshima. Japan gave up 3 days later due to threat of being whiped out.

    Officially, on September 1st Japanese leader aboarded U.S.S Missouri and signed surrending papers.However on August 15, they announced their surrender to America.They wantd to avoid anymore nuclear weapons due to its power and strength. The atomic bombs were the ones responsible for Japan's surrender. Represenatives from all of the allies side were also aboard as issues were discussed.

Each side were struggling to completly withold the Ardennes. In weeks at a time,Americans began testing new tactics in the war as they worked in small groups and efficently. The death total for germans was 300,000.
