    The winter Valley Forge

    This Revolutionary War due to the cold,hunger, and diseases spread the army went under intensive training and had to regroup under the guidance of Baron Von Steuben. It improved the army's combat skills, it turned out to be more of a professional fighting force. They continued the fight for independence and secured victory.
  • Battle of Bunker Hill

    The British forces had attacked American troops on Breed's Hill in Charles-town Massachusetts.The British and the Royal Navy fought against American colonists. British won but suffered many losses.
  • Creation of the Declaration of Independence

    John Adams,Benjamin Franklin,Thomas Jefferson,Robert Livingston, and Roger Sherman were assigned with drafting a document to declare the 13 American colonies independent from Great Britain. Thomas Jefferson was the one who had primarily wrote the first draft.
  • Crossing of the Delaware River

    George Washington guided the Continental Army across the River in a surprise attack against the Hessian forces in Trenton New Jersey. It boosted the morale of the American forces and supported for the revolution.
  • The Battle of Philadelphia

    The British forces followed the rules of General Howe and landed in Maryland, marched toward Philadelphia.The Continental Army which was led by George Washington had attempted to block their advance but they were already defeated at the Battle of Brandywine on September 11,1777. British had captured Philadelphia on the 26th, George Washington then made an attempt to retake the city during the Battle of Germantown but couldn't do it.
