    At the Completion of visits- information obtained should be organized and distributed to task force member for their review. Visitation of Reference Sites; Vendors should present a list of reference s Site visits should be made by the IT Staff as well as the task force.Follow up conference calls.

    Budget-time line remaining and additional resources needed for completion. ( Staff, supplies, space allocation, interfaces, conversion of data from old system to new system

    Develop the training and documentation plan. Including dates of training , training pamphlet. Develop Evaluation tools for trainees and program.
  • Test the System and User Validation

    Detailed recording of testing.
    Include unit testing, program testing, Scenario testing,Integrated testing, report testing , user validatio testing.
  • Production of the Product
