Prenatal Report from Dr. Walters to HR
Viola reports prior breaks and lacerations to her limns at the hands of Olga.Her birth almost 1 mo premature.
Dr. reports she's physically healthy, but mentally is"overwrought", and approx. 17wks along. Viola's first trimester was extremely rough but is improving. And most likely conceived late dec early an '34. Due date ~8-15-1934
Dr. will send a midwife, to oversee the pregnancy. He also promises to treat her on a cash basis to avoid paper trail. -

Cause of death is blund force trauma to the head, from Olga's cane -
1855 - IA hears row or "scuffle"
Ira states he heard some type of scuffle or row from one of the dressing rooms and shortly afterwards he heard the service elevator. He states recalling this because it was so loud and not normally used during rehearsals. -
1746 - writes final letter to HR
Her letter explains the source of Olga's fight was due to V lacking to call her upon arriving at the theater. She decided to move her exit from Cadence up as she is unable to continue on. She states her jewels are in a hidden lockbox in the cadence bar cabinet. She asks him to retrieve it and meet her in New Canaan tomorrow where she will move away from her mother's grasp. -
Reported missing
- Olga returns home after being gone all night at 1000 to find Viola not in apartment. After calling several acquaintances, OG calls police to report VV missing at 1045
- Police report OG distressed, and belligerent re: her activities the night before "I was out and it's none of your business"

Case closed due to "lack of evidence and history of alleged victim" -
PI attempts to ascertain reason for weekend absences
Brian Michaelson of Croft-Myers Investigations sends report of investigation into Vi's weekend absences. She was followed on Oct 19, 26, & Nov 2 to Hector's in CT. Whilst she is accompanied by a man on Nov 2, he's unable to ascertain why & no one knows why. He is convinced she knew she was being followed & caused the lack of evidence. On 11-12, NYC run away contacts had no leads as well as in CT.
Due to lack of pmt investigation was discontinued. However, PI agrees w/ NYPD conclusion -
Memorial for Vi held at Cadence
Evelyn Adler organized a memorial service held for Viola Vane to "commemorate the many ways her disappearance shaped the lives who cared for her" she stated she'd never have started a family if she hadn't disappeared and that she often feels she's living the life meant for Viola. -
