Delaware river was a surprise attack on Hessian and British troops on Christmas eve. Currently the colonists are loosing battles left and right. This was Washingtons desperate attempt to a victory. At the time many people wondered how voting for laws or voting for a new president would work. For example, Virginia and New Jersey had a completely different population difference. So one state being dominantly republican and the other being dominant to the opposing party this would offset the fairness of the voting system. So they created this for it to become fair, making every state have 2 state representatives that way all colonies could have an equal number of votes no matter population. -
Now that we acquired the voting system for 2 representatives for each state now we need to figure out what to do with the south states votes. Who ever has the most votes gets to choose which party will win so every vote counts. The south took into account the amount of slaves or potential voters they had, arguing that since they paid for the slaves and they are human they should vote but without other freedoms. This made every 5 slaves equal 3 votes because there were far more slaves than owners -

The whiskey rebellion was the true test of the constitution. People were outraged for the taxing of whiskey for the stiller ,harmed the farmers in that business.
