    When the Articles became the law of the land or the law that everyone had to follow.
  • Yorktown surrender

    General Charles Cornwallis took 8,000 troops and expected help from some British ships that were coming from New York. But the ships never arrived so he had to surrender.

    General Cornwallis brought 8,000 troops and expected some ships from New York with troops on them to come and show up. But they never did.
  • Shay's Rebellion

    When 2,000 people rebelled when people were forced to pay their debts even though they had made many sacrafices during the revelution.
