The Roaring 20's was an age where the economy was booming and people were prosperous. It is also called the Jazz Age because during this time, people accepted african-americans more in culture. -

During this period of time, unemployment was at a record high. The banks were also bankrupt people taking all their money from the banks. FDR tried to make the New Deal, which was designed to help create jobs. -

World War 2 started when Germany invaded Poland. As they spread through Europe, the Japenese bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. After V-E day and V-J day, the war ended on September 2, 1945 -
Pearl Harbor
The bombing of Pearl Harbor was done by the Japenese to a U.S. fleet in Pearl Harbor. As a result, Americ joined the Allies in World war 2. -

This was an era of tension between the U.S and the Soviet Union. America is Capitalism while fighting the communist Soviet Union. This war ended on August 1991. -
Vietnam War
Vietnam war was North Vietnam against South Vietnnam. America joins in 1965. On April 30 1975, south Vietnam surrenders. -

The gulf war was in the gulf of Persia. The conflict was between Iraq and Kuwait. Iraq started out burning Kuwaits's precious oil fields. -
9/11
9/11 was a day where Al Quaida terrorists suicide bombed the twin towers and the pentagon. The two towers crashed and this day led to the invasion of Iran -

Operation Enduring Freedom is the government code for the in Afghanistan. The operation was originally called Infinite Justice. This is still unfortunately in effect. -

OIF's objective was to get rid of Saddam Hussain from Iraq. Bush blamed that he had something to do with the 9/11 attacks. Eventually, they captured Hussain.
