  • Battle of Bunker Hill

    Was fought during the reige of boston. American colonists heard British had planned to take over the Charelstown Peninsula. So they dug and fortified the Bunkerhill.
  • Battle of Moore's Creek Bridge

    Dispute between Josiah Martin, NC governor, and the colonistwas unbearable.So Josiah created a new colony group to take NC back.
  • Battle of Trenton

    After being humiliated and defeated in New York, almost 2,400 soldiers lead by major generals John Sulivan and Nathaniel Greene stationed in Trenton. Three Hessian soldiers were in charge of Trenton afterwards.
  • Battle of Saratoga

    British and Hessian troops surrendered their arms. General John Burgoyne had lost 86%of his troops. Burgoyne proposed to Britain that they invade America before that.But the winter was harsh so the British couldn't handle it.

    A military conflict between kingdom of Great Britain and 13 colonies of America. General Cornwalls tried to capture Americans.

    Ben Franklin rejected informal peace pvertures from Great Britain for Settlement. He did negotiate end to war with the British. The treaty was signed September 3, 1783

    Major General John B. Magruder's small army met George B. McClellans's army. McClellan suspended the march up the peninsula towards Richmond and brought heavy siege guns on Magruder.
