  • PUBLICAR UN AVISO POR 5 DIAS EN EL BOLETIN OFICIAL Y EN UNO O MAS DIARIOS DEL LUGAR EN EL QUE FUNIONA

    EL ANUNCIO DEBERA INDICAR:
    -clase y ubicación del Negocio
    -El nombre y domicilio del vendedor y del comprador
    -El nombre y domicilio del rematador y del escribano (si estos interviniesen)

  • EL VENDEDOR DEBERA ENTREGAR UNA NOTA FIRMADA QUE CONTENGA QUIENES SON LOS ACREDORS Y EL IMPORTE DE LA DEUDA

    DETALLES:
    NOMBRE Y DOMICILIOS DE LOS ACREDORES , CON DETALLE DE LO ADEUDADO
    FECHAS DE VENCIMIENTO DI LAS HUBIERA

  • OTORGAMIENTO DEL DOCUMENTO DE TRANSFERENCIA

    Si no incumple con las normas y no aparecieren oposiciones por acreedores, si las existiese se hubieran realizado las correspondientes retenciones y depósitos. Transcurridos 10 días de la ultima publicación , se pude proceder a firmar el documento de transmisión.
