    Civil War: Secession of South Carolina.
    When president Lincoln was elected in 1860 South Carolina Seceded, along with six other southern states. These states were the ones that made the Confederate States of America.
  • Civil War: Attack on Fort Sumter.

    Civil War: Attack on Fort Sumter.
    Lincoln sent supplies to Fort Sumter, South Carolina fired upon the fort. This marked the begining of the Civil War.
  • Civil War: Gettysburg Battle.

    Civil War: Gettysburg Battle.
    This battle was considered a turning point in the Civil war. General Robert E. Lee forced the confederate forces to retreat, the confederates never recovered.

    The 13th amendment was passed by the senate. This amendment abolished slavery.

    Germany sent a Telegram to Mexico telling them if they helped them distract the USA from them, then they would take over the USA. If they took over the USA Germany would return the terretories in the USA that once belonged to MX, this was one of the causes of the USA entrerance in WWI.

    The treaty of Versailles was a peace treaty that ended WWI. It basically made Germany take the blame for the war, it made them lose territory and make its navy smaller. They were made pay reparations to the Allied forces.
