People as well feared that luxuries we also depend on would be destroyed and that we would revert back to living like the olden days without any electricity, heat or running water. This was what caused and called the great Y2K

    The race was between George Bush and Vice President Al Gore. It was a very close campaign and it caused a recount for the Florida Ballots.

    Supreme court case between George Bush and the current vice president at the time Al Gore. December 8, 2000 , the local court forced a recount of the 10,000 ballots in Palm Beach Florida. Then as they looked back they found out that they had problems with the electronic ballot and this further expanded the problem.
