The television made it possible to broadcast video over a wire. Philo Farnsworth invented the first completely electronic television in 1927. A microprocessor is a computer processor that is on an integrated circuit. The world's first microprocessor was the Intel 4004 and was made by Ted Hoff, Stanley Mazor, and Federico Faggin. Microprocessors are important because they allow computers to be included in everyday items such as cell phones, traffic lights, ATM's, etc. The Intel 4004 had a clock speed of 740 kHz with 2250 transistors. The new AMD Zen 3 (2020) has a clock speed of 3.4-4.9 GHz with 4.15 billion transistors

Email allows someone to send and receive messages from anyone with an email address. Email allowed you to send a message to the users inbox when they weren't there, unlike the telephone. Emtage invented Archie but didn't patent the idea. Today, search engines earn roughly $780 billion a year. Google is the most popular search engine today with a market share of 92.49%. Search engines are the best way to retrieve information online.
