Innocent until Guilty
Trying to be an example to our 3 year old how to handle guilt is pulling cats teeth out with sand paper. In Erikson's Psychosocial Stages this reflects stage 3 and how appropriate that she is also three. Our daughter does no understand what guilt is yet but she is understanding inititative to do things because her older sibling. Without getting through this stage the risk of her understanding purpose glooms which is a much needed virture.
