The Origins of The Cell

Rudolph Virchow: he did his experiments and lived in Germany. He built on the work of Theodor Schwann and was the first to accept Robert Remak’s theorem, where he showed that the origins of cell was the division of pre-existing cells. He also studied tumor growth and led the way for other scientist to learn how tumors are created.
