    The federalist papers were a series of essays John Jay, Alexander Hamilton and James Madison. The first main goal was to convince Americans towards supporting the ratification of the new Constitution. Their second goal was defending the social, political, and economic gains of the revolution.
  • Anti federalist and the bill of rights

    The antifederalist wanted the bill of rights because they believed that there was an Absence of the protection of people’s individual rights and liberties in the government. They also believed that the separation of powers was not enough to ensure rights this is what led to the bill of rights.
